It’s Monday and the second half of the first session. I hope that all of the campers had a fun weekend! Some of the campers I talked to already told me about their amazing weekends, but also how they were excited to come back to camp (as they should because this camp is awesome!).
It’s crunch time campers! The showcase is only a couple of days away. Although we don’t want this week to end (and say bye to some of our new friends), we have to focus and make this the best showcase. Many of us here have met some amazing friendly people and we don’t want to say bye. Enjoy this week while we can still hang out with the campers who won’t be here for the second session.
I hope that the campers that’ll be leaving us after the end of this week learned some skills they can use to better themselves as artists. I hope that one day I’ll be strolling through a gallery or watching a movie and see the name of a camper I met here.
Congratulations to the campers that won the raffle. Everyone should be proud of themselves (even if they didn’t win) because that means they helped out or did something nice for another person at least once last week.
